We are excited to announce that Paolo Cottini's new Amarone Riserva 2016 is now available to pre- order for September and we have a very special offer on the pre-sale of this 3 bottle case.

Only 1400 bottles were produced by Paolo with only 120 dedicated export in total. Finally after almost 8 years we are almost ready to show you the results of their hard work.

This delicious wine has the same blend and the percentage of grapes (Corvina 55%, Corvinone 35%, Rondinella 10%)as his highly accclaimed Amarone Classico. The difference is that the ageing process takes place in a single large 10h barrel of new French oak for a period of 6 years followed by at least one year in the bottle.

Starting from the 2016 vintage Paolo selected the best grapes during the appassimento phase (about 90-110 days) The wines age for 6 years in a single new oak 10hl barrel and represent the best expression of Paolo's wine.
