This wine is the best way to honour their roots. It is a still wine that recovers the “flagship-wine” of their company at the beginning of its history, thirty years ago. Fermo comes from clusters of only Glera hill grapes, selected from their vineyards. It is the classic still table wine which accompanied the traditional courses daily consumed in the taverns of their area. It is a slender, pure wine, which has its best qualities in drinkability and pleasantness without complications. Fermentation off skins without contact with skins. At least 2 months on fine lees. Settling and then filtration. Fruity and floral bouquet with hints of bread crusts. Decisive, sapid and mineral to the palate with a good acid tension.Suitable for the whole meal, perfect with first courses and main dish of fish. ABV 12%
