Riesling
Riesling is a white grape variety that has been grown in Germany for centuries and that's also flourishing in Austria, New Zealand, France, Australia and the USA. It is one of the world’s most versatile wines, it possesses a unique ability to exhibit various levels of sweetness; it also has remarkable ageing capabilities, it's a timeless classic. Made in a wide range of styles, they can be austere and dry and while others are rich and oily. Riesling is the ultimate wine to pair with food as it's always high in acidity, it 's excellent up against spicy foods and on it's own it's a true pleasure to sip.
