Rioja in Body and Soul" is the Bodegas Cornelio philosophy, which is focused on preserving the varietal characteristics of the grape and transmitting through it the label of Rioja. Their passion is to produce superior quality wines by extracting the most natural characteristics of what their region offers, knowing how to enhance its qualities and employing the least interventionist techniques possible throughout the production process. In addition, part of their vineyards and their wines are produced in an ecological way, for this reason we know that they express the purity, character and varietal intensity expected and sought after in the region.Prepared in the traditional way by reducing the presence of sulphur dioxide as much as possible, resulting in a natural wine that respects the environment.
