Using the finest Irish malted barley Achill Island Single Malt Bourbon Cask is triple distilled in copper pot stills & matured on Achill Island in first fill Kentucky bourbon barrels.
This Bourbon cask release from Achill Island Distillers is a sweet and smooth Single Malt with an abundance of flavour. Gentle floral wafts of vanilla and crème caramel. A sweet Malt character with toffee, caramel & almond notes.
Medium to long finish with a distinct creamy mouth feel.
Bottled at 44%.
