A beautifully complex Cabernet from Napa Valley - velvety and plush, with great structure and polish. With layered aromas of fresh red raspberry, blackberry pie and cinnamon, this deep ruby wine captures the senses with fragrant vanilla, dark cocoa and cedar. The palate opens with red cherry, and red plum fruits that intermingle with hints of cinnamon stick and pie crust. The complex array of flavours lasts through the lingering finish, framed by velvety tannins and echoes of vanilla cream and roasted espresso bean.

Winemaker Notes
Upon first inspection, this garnet hued beauty reveals aromatics of red raspberry and cherry cola, but after diving back into the glass one will start to notice beautiful wafts of molasses ginger cookies and gingerbread, reminiscent of trips to grandma’s house as a kid. Notes of cherry jam and a vibrant acidity make your mouth water as notes of caramel, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice give a rich warmth and depth to the palate. On the finish, hints of coffee and strawberry jam lightly recede into the distance. Expressive and elegant, this exceptionally food-friendly wine will pair delightfully with a variety of dishes, from grilled T-bone steaks with chimichurri sauce, to miso-marinated sea bass or grilled salmon.
