Dom Perignon
Dom Pérignon is vintage champagne only. Each vintage is a creation, singular and unique, that expresses both the character of the year, and the character of Dom Pérignon. It is named after Dom Perignon who was Benedictine Monk known for his significant contributions to the quality of Champagne. Despite common misconceptions, he was not the one who discovered the Champagne method used to produce sparkling wines.
