The signature wine. The most demanding selection of the best grapes from the best vineyards, over 50 years old. Malolactic fermentation in new American oak barrels to maintain all color and structure. Free elaboration without following any Rioja aging criteria. Normally approximately 14 months in new American barrels and bottle for more than a year. ABV 14.9%
Red tones-violet, bright and full. Aromas of fleshy and ripe fruit, together with the aroma of new wood, vanilla, coconut and generous smells of spices. The palate is generous, marked by a fleshy and abundant tannin, with red fruit flavors and roasted nuances. Bottled in a special bottle to preserve its best qualities .

Bright red violet tones with subtle ruby highlights.
On The Nose
Ripe and candied fruit aromas with hints of vanilla, coconut and spices.
In The Mouth
Ripe fruit with very fine toasted fla­vours in perfect harmony with powerful tannins, clove and vanilla. Complex, elegant, unctuous and well structured in the mouth.

Goes well with red meats, game or dishes requiring lengthy preparation. Also as a desert wine with chocolate confectionery products.
