Viura from vineyards over 60 years old, fermented in new American oak barrels for approximately 8 months. The grape of this wine comes from a vineyard of exceptional quality, Santa Tornea, which supports the poor contribution of the land, with bedrock less than 40 cm from the surface, in a escarpment at the foot of Monte Toloño, Sierra Cantabria, of a Average annual production of 2500-3000 Kg / Ha, which, together with its old vines, planted in the year 1960, provide a variety of Viura grapes, pure gold in color, from which an aromatic and smooth white broth is obtained, repeatedly awarded in all competitions.
