Rive di Solighetto is the absolute cru, obtained from selected grapes from the vineyards in the areas best suited to this variety in the Cisa hill in Solighetto. These are the grapes that, once individually vinified are subjected to the sparkling process, and are then able to express the very quintessence of the territory. Thanks to its perfectly balanced bouquet and taste, it is an elegant, outstanding wine.Bouquet of mature and exotic fruit, slightly balsamic. Intense and balanced flavour. Minerals and flavour highlighted. Perfect as an aperitif but also super with fish, pasta, white meat and vegetables.ABV 12%
