Antill Farms is located in the picturesque region of Sonoma County, California and produce exceptional site specific wines from meticulously tended vineyards, each characterized by diverse soil types and microclimates.
They use organic farming methods such as cover cropping, composting, and eschewing the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides, in favour of natural pest management to minimize their impact on the land.
Peugh Vineyard is a head-trained vineyard that lies in the heart of the Russian River Valley. The faded brown Huichica loam soils offer a perfect balance of low fertility and rapid drainage. What makes this site truly special is the age of the vines, planted in the early 1940s, making it one of the oldest producing Chardonnay vineyards in California.
