Here at The Corkscrew, we've recently woken our passion for Vermouth, it is a crucial ingredient in familiar cocktails like Manhattans, martinis, and negronis. It’s an aromatized, fortified wine that can be used a lot more ways than you’d think. Our selection includes the world famous Noilly Prat, Valentia Island Vermouth which is Ireland's first vermouth and Cinzano Vermouth Rosso which stands out as the vermouth that started it all.
