Bushmills 30 Year Old is patiently matured in bourbon barrels and sherry butts for 14 years before finishing in first-fill Pedro Ximénez casks for 16 years to give generations of rich and elegant dried fruit flavours. Pedro Ximénez is a dark Spanish fortified sweet sherry wine made from white grapes. It’s only made in specific regions, making each sherry butt incredibly sought-after.
Thirty years ago, like today, they specified the exact type, strength and colour of Pedro Ximénez sherry they wanted to season their hand-crafted oak casks.

Dark rich gold in colour with rich inviting sweet aromas of raisins, figs, prunes, and dates entwined with treacle toffee, soft clove and sweet spice delighted the senses

TASTE:
Exquisite, velvety and smooth mouth feel. Sweet hints of dates, raisins and figs followed by praline and orange peel before developing into vanilla and warm pastry notes. A truly delightful experience for the palate.

FINISH:
