The latest from Glendalough and what a fantastic release it is. With not many peated pot stills on the market its great to see another coming to market.
The smoky aromas of the peat balance perfectly with the vanilla, caramel, toffee and fragrant woodland notes of cinnamon and nutmeg that the pot still gets from the Wicklow wood. As with the traditional pot still production you get a lovely oily peppery finish.
