Product Description
In Courgis, considered one of the most mineral areas of Chablis, with Kimmeridgian soil (Jurassic period). Traditional fermentation with native yeast in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks aged for 8-10 months. The wines are then left to settle naturally and kept on the lees to enhance complexity. Domaine George makes elegant and classic wines.
Pale yellow colour with green reflections. Dry and pure nose with aromas of citrus. The mouth is fresh and elegant.
