Product Description
All the fruit comes from their own vineyard at 620-780 m on decomposed granite. Vines are 35-92 years old (though presumably there are very few this old). 29 hl/ha. Some biodynamic viticulture. Fermentation and eight months' elevage in 50-litre French oak barrels. 22,500 bottles produced.
