From old mountain vineyards, between the extinct craters of the volcano and lava stone slopes, three friends who met at University; Giacomo, Giordano and Riccardo; guided by winemaker, Salvo Foti, produce sustainable wines for Tenute dei Ciclopi using Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Carricante grapes, indigenous to Etna. They are located on the north side of Etna, in Passopisciaro (Castiglione di Sicilia), in the millenary lands of the Cyclops"
