This has pale lemon-pulp colour. The aromas bring to mind tangerines, honeydew melon and gooseberries with a pleasant whiff of flowers and chalky minerals. The palate has great richness, concentration, balance, and length, with flavours of lime, tangerine and green apple enhanced with a touch of dusty minerality and refreshing spice.
